Continued Fitness and Nutrition Plan

Hello and welcome back to a fitness and nutrition plan. This time around will be around the one to two month mark

of the plan. Going over the changes you have discovered and what your next goals will be to achieve within this plan.

As you should be able to tell, change can be difficult at the start but once you get into a routine it's a lot easier. As for

in this case changing your diet and fitness plan should almost be a routine for you unlike it was just a few weeks ago

when having to force yourself to do something was the only way.

According to Real Simple in the article “How to break a habit” it roughly takes over 18 days to potentially little

longer to break a habit. At this point, if you followed your plan and stuck to it you should have broken your old habits

of wanting to eat junk food, not doing anything during the day. This should make it easier for you to follow your

nutrition plan.

At this point about a month into your routine you should also know what foods you like best in your plan and what

helps you the best. Find what’s best for you and what you like best and keep going with that. Avoid anything bad. It

will be tempting because you haven't had any in a while but especially at this point it's important to stay strong.

For fitness you should start to push yourself a little harder. Do extra reps of a workout. Walk or run an extra bit. The

more you push yourself the better your results will be. Because soon you'll be able to do a lot more with ease. But for

right now just doing a little more will go a long way.

Checking your progress as well is big. With checking your progress overtime you can see what you've accomplished.

Could have gotten a certain goal. Could be close to reaching a goal of yours. Checking and recording your progress

throughout this plan is big. This could be your weight or your strength.

Staying strong through this time will be tough but once again you'll have to remember what your end goal is and

how you want to get there.

  1. This is a good blog topic, the potential audience can be large when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and overall health. In addition, I like the way you include the audience and sort of work them through it. The information and motivation you provide also keeps the audience intrigued.

  3. Good second post. I suggest having a distinct title for each post. Also, for your attribution, include the author and date if available. And the title should use title capitalization (most words capitalized). And don't forget to give attribution for the image, as well. Overall, just take your time and proofread carefully.
