Hello and welcome back to the Fitness and Nutrition blog. This time around will be around the 2 to 3 month mark. Around this time it should be the easiest for you and only challenges should be pushing yourself.  As you should know and be able to tell by this point in the fitness and nutrition plan everything should come easy by now. This is not eating junk food at all and choosing healthy foods. This could as be having a stronger will to want to go to gym or go workout in some sort. Hello and welcome back to a fitness and nutrition plan. This time around will be around the one to two month mark of the plan. Going over the changes you have discovered and what your next goals will be to achieve within this plan.  As you should be able to tell, change can be difficult at the start but once you get into a routine it's a lot easier. As for in this case changing your diet and fitness plan should almost be a routine for you unlike it was just a few weeks ago when having to force yourself to do something was the only way.  According to Real Simple in the article “How to break a habit” it roughly takes over 18 days to potentially little longer to break a habit. At this point, if you followed your plan and stuck to it you should have broken your old habits of wanting to eat junk food, not doing anything during the day. Hello there Blog readers. My name is Zach Frankford and I'm a freshman at Heidelberg University. I double major in sports management and business in hope to one day work in the sports industry with top tier athletes. To be a top tier athlete takes hard work and good nutrition. This carries into my topic of eating good nutrition as well as staying on top of your fitness.  First starting off with a good plan, for example something like a 3 month one, you have set your goals of what you want to achieve and how you're going to achieve so. For example, what foods are you going to get rid of, what foods will you eat more of, what are your workout goals and how are you going to achieve this. According to Mayo Clinic, one of the first things you have to do is measure your fitness level to see your starting base.
