Easy Fitness And Nutrition



Hello and welcome back to the Fitness and Nutrition blog. This time around will be around the 2 to 3 month mark. Around this time it should be the easiest for you and only challenges should be pushing yourself. 

As you should know and be able to tell by this point in the fitness and nutrition plan everything should come easy by now. This is not eating junk food at all and choosing healthy foods. This could as be having a stronger will to want to go to gym or go workout in some sort. You should be in a good routine where this more than likely just happens naturally unlike at the start.

According to Food Navigator USA in the article "More Americans Are Dieting" roughly about 52% of people who go on diets or plans complete the full plan. So if you were to fully finish your plan you were among just above 50 percent of people who start one. 

At this point nearing the end you should feel confident in yourself as well as happy. Confident knowing that you feel good about yourself and proud of what you've accomplished. When your confident with yourself your more than likely happy about it as well.

Eating wise you should feel healthier. You don't have the urge at all to want to eat junk. You want fruits, veggies and as well protein with just about anything you eat. 

Fitness wise you should feel great about yourself as well. You should feel more in fit, stronger, and more overall happier with your body. Being fit leads to happiness within your body. Your more confident with yourself. Like I said earlier going to gym or working out should be something you want to do everyday. 

What you don't want to do at this moment now is go back to old ways. You might want a break from all the lifting and eating but the worse thing you can do is completely stop and go back to your old ways. You did this much why waste it. You can give yourself breaks but don't completely ruin what you did. Maybe find a new plan that you can start to keep your progress.
